Para visits you quarterly to maintain your home and tackle your to do list throughout the year.
Become a MemberEach quarter, we complete a standard list of quarterly tasks, some annual tasks, and a small number of seasonal tasks. Cleaning materials and tools are part of our service and are included in your subscription. Consumables, such as batteries, lightbulbs, and filters, will be brought with us to efficiently complete your maintenance and will be charged to you after the service.
Each quarter, we inform you of the specific tasks on our list and give you the opportunity to request additional items (e.g., fixing a leaky sink, adjusting a sticking door, tightening a loose door handle) or add-on services such as window washing or roof cleaning. All additional items are optional and will be clearly priced for your specific home. Special requests and upgrades can be added at any time in advance of our scheduled visit.
Task: An item on our standard list or a small item on your list that we can likely complete during your regularly scheduled visit at no additional charge.
Project: A series of small tasks beyond our standard list or a larger project that we are happy to provide an estimate for and complete for our members.
Add-on Service: Additional services that we offer and can complete on your standard visit day, such as window washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning.
Para Technicians are employees of Para Home Services. They are licensed, bonded, and insured to ensure the highest level of service and reliability.
Our technicians are our employees and receive competitive compensation and benefits. Tipping is not necessary.
Yes, you can reschedule a service visit by logging into your account and selecting a new available date. Please note that rescheduling may be subject to availability.

Our team will spend approximately 3-4 hours per quarter, with some visits lasting longer depending on the season. If you request projects or add-ons, the visit will be longer. You can see the estimated duration for each visit in your schedule or feel free to ask us.
You do not need to be home; however, we will need access to the inside of your home for a portion of our visit.
